The Senior LL State Championship will be held between 20th and 23rd December at Chapman Gardens, Kingswood.
The dates are far from ideal, however there is nothing we can do about it. As such, we have nominated a team.
Unlike last year, there will be a National Championship for this age group. That will be conducted in April, 2016. The winner of the National Championship will qualify for an Asia- Pacific Tournament; the winner of that Tournament will advance to the World Series.
This will be the last time that some of you will have to represent Hills. To be eligible players must be:
- playing in the Youth League Competition. It is Hills’ Senior LL Charter.
- be born between 1st May, 1999 and 30th April, 2001.
- have not changed Clubs or Associations without changing residential address
Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to these conditions.
Trials for the team will be conducted at Ashley Brown (Diamond 3) on Sundays 8th and 15th November, 2015, commencing at 12:30pm. Pre registration is essential (Name, DOB, Club, preferred two positions) to secretary@hillsbaseball.org.au prior to 6th November.
Applications are invited for positions of Coaches. Applications close 6th November. Those applying must have Level 3 Coaching accreditation and be coaching in the Hills Youth League Competition.
