It’s been a special season this year as we’ve celebrated our 40th anniversary! This will also be a special day for our club as we come together to celebrate the achievements and hard work of our players, coaches, and volunteers.
PRESENTATION DAY – 1 PM
We will host the Presentation Day to recognise the outstanding performance of our players and coaches throughout the year. Each team will receive awards, and special recognition will be given to certain members for their dedicated service. This event provides a wonderful occasion for the club to express gratitude for the contributions of our players and to show appreciation for their unwavering dedication.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – STARTS AFTER PRESENTATIONS
This year’s AGM will directly follow the Presentation Day. The AGM will give you a chance to hear about what what we have achieved in the last year, allow you to give any input or feedback, plus discuss preparations for the future. It’s a chance for everyone to have their say and ensure the club is moving in a direction that benefits everyone.
We encourage all members to attend both the Presentation Day ceremony and AGM to show their support for the club. This is also a great opportunity to find out how you can help at the club or even join the committee – our club has been made great through others doing exactly this so please consider getting involved!
