Unfortunately, it looks like Mother Nature has rained on our parade 
and we need to reschedule the Castle Hill Baseball Club’s Presentations and AGM.
The new date for the event is May 7 at 1pm down at Samuel Gilbert Public School Hall (near Knightsbridge Shops). This is a special day for our club as we come together to celebrate the achievements and hard work of our players, coaches, and volunteers.
PRESENTATION DAY – 1 PM
The Presentation Day will be held to recognise our players & coaches for their performance throughout the year. Awards will be given to each team and well as several special awards to recognise service of some of our members. This is a great opportunity for the club to acknowledge the contributions of our players and show our appreciation for their dedication to the club.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – STARTS AFTER PRESENTATIONS
This year’s AGM will directly follow the Presentation Day. The AGM will give you a chance to get to know other members of the club, hear about what we have achieved in the last year, allow you to give any input or feedback, plus discuss preparations for the future. It’s a chance for everyone to have their say and ensure the club is moving in a direction that benefits everyone.
We encourage all members to attend both the Presentation Day ceremony and AGM to show their support for the club. This is also a great opportunity to find out how you can volunteer to help at the club or even join the committee – our club has been made great through others doing exactly this so please consider getting involved!
